We wanted to publish and official poll that will allow all out members to have their say & VOTE. This poll allows only one vote each member so we will see which is the most voted!

The poll is to help an Aussie hunter looking at purchasing his first all round game rifle to suit all hunted game in Australia. If you could only have one rifle (between the 308 & 270) which would it be, shooting rabbits, deer, goats, fox & pigs.

We will run other polls in the future so in the comments box below the poll tell us what battle you would like to see next![/cs_text][x_raw_content][wpdevart_poll id=”2″ theme=”0″][/x_raw_content][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]

For one all rounder the 308 is better in Australia, there is a broader range of ammo available, the short action is a little lighter and quicker to operate, and it kicks a little less if you are taking multiple shots culling or in a comp. If I was just game hunting though I would get the 270 for the extra zing between 300 and 400 yards.
